Pastoral Search Update

all-family sundays return on September 24

Last year we began this exciting new program.  All-Family Sundays typically take place on the last Sunday of each month (except December and May thru August).  These special Sundays are intergenerational and include an adapted Liturgy which is especially mindful to welcoming families and children into Worship.  On All-Family Sundays you can expect to see children serving as liturgists or providing some of the special music, as well as the Sunday School children singing their hymn or worship song of the month.  The Sermon is always geared towards an intergenerational congregation and kids get an opportunity to participate in it too!   Since All-Family Sundays are held on the last Sunday of each month, in observance of St. Jacobi Church tradition, this is also the day which the sacrament of Communion is celebrated.  We pray that you and your family will plan to join us!
